The Cape Fear Foreign Language Collaborative is an academic alliance of regional language professionals who meet four times per academic year to discuss issues that affect the foreign language teaching profession. The membership consists of foreign language and English as a Second Language teachers in public and private K-12 schools, community colleges, and colleges and universities. The Collaborative provides professional development opportunities, supports school and community initiatives, offers scholarships to university students and seniors in high school, and serves to distribute information about language learning and cultural events.
